Outside the Early Learning Center in Westerville, Democratic gubernatorial candidate and Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald announced his plan to bring universal pre-kindergarten to Ohio. The Reality of Education Funding Under John Kasich

NBC 4 Calls Claim in RGA Ad for Kasich Untrue
