The Secretary of State issued Directive 2020-3 to all county boards of elections that have polling sites located at senior living facilities to move the site to a new voting location to ensure the residents health and wellbeing are taken into consideration due to COVID-19 concerns.

A group of federal judges hastily postponed an emergency meeting that was scheduled to take place Wednesday to discuss concerns about President Donald Trump and the Justice Department’s intervention in politically charged cases.
