ODCCA supports Dr. Acton and condemns the disgusting tactics used by the Republican gubernatorial candidate during this campaign cycle. “Dr. Amy Acton has the integrity and vision we need in our next Governor. Her campaign is focused on the needs of Ohioans, unlike her opponent who relies on misleading and lying ads. The Ramaswamy campaign’s decision to attack Dr. Acton using her traumatic childhood abuse is a grave error. The Ohio Democratic Party Chairs condemn these vile  attack ads and urge Mr. Ramaswamy to apologize and remove the ads immediately. I urge every Ohio citizen to contact him and to do the same. As I write this, not one Ohio Republican officeholder or candidate has condemned the Ramaswamy campaign’s tactics. Their silence speaks volumes and Ohioans are listening.

Ohio deserves leaders they can trust and respect. On November 3, Ohioans can choose to vote for that  change.
