Early Voting Lawsuit – Victory…again

Federal District Court Judge Economus ruled in favor in the early voting lawsuit. Golden Week is restored as are evening hours and an additional Sunday of early voting. Another victory for ALL Ohioans! An appeal by the Secretary of State and the AG could be forthcoming as GOP continues to attempt to restrict Ohioans voting rights and voting opportunities.
Ohio Auditor of State Candidate John Patrick Carney Again Outraises Incumbent Opponent
COLUMBUS– Thursday, the John Patrick Carney campaign for Ohio Auditor of State announced that it pulled in more than $115,000 in just one month, with a cash on hand balance exceeding $1 million. This compares to about $86,800 raised by incumbent Auditor Dave Yost’s campaign, marking the fifth time Rep. Carney has outraised Auditor Yost.
Ohio Women Deliver Petition Demanding Independent Investigation Of DeWine Sexual Harassment Claim
COLUMBUS – Today, members of the Ohio Democratic Women’s Caucus delivered a petition to Attorney General Mike DeWine’s office calling on him to allow an independent investigation of sexual harassment allegations. Over 1,000 concerned citizens signed an online petition demanding a review of the original allegations and the subsequent actions taken by DeWine and his senior staff.
